What are the requirements for this course?
A laptop, WiFi connection, and desire to become a VA with a thriving business! This is a beginner-friendly endeavour, and yet, if you are a more experienced VA, you will too find thriving support along with advanced tools and knowledge. Come as you are and grow with us 🙂
When can I start accepting clients?
Essentially you could get started as soon as, well, now, and we recommend it! This course will help you realize your existing skills and empower you with the tools, tech and know-how to get paid for them now!
What if I need extra support?
Our support community is full of amazing VAs who are at the ready to help newbies, along with myself and guest trainers. If you need one to one help I am available to provide one-off sessions at a reduced rate fee for members.
Can I enroll in the VEA and upgrade to the Legacy later?
Absolutely, but it is important to note that the Legacy bundle pricing may not apply and the likelihood of the value increasing in the future is high as we continually add new training resources.
Are there any age restrictions?
All ages are welcome here, we have people from ages 15-72 currently! If you have the desire, we have space for you.
How is the course delivered?
You’ll gain access to your own learning portal where all your course materials are held. There is also a private Facebook community where our VA family hangs out day and night. This is a self-paced course and you have lifetime access to all content. People often refer back to course content throughout their career as needed.
We strive to ensure our programs are accessible and use a range of learning modalities: audio, video, text-based. We include closed captions and transcriptions for all audio/video materials.

Hannah Dixon is a Virtual Assistant Coach and Recruiter, and Creator of one of the largest and longest running VA training platforms. The level of knowledge I gained is amazing. I love the fact that you get all of the resources and tools you can use in your work (doesn’t matter what branch of business you are in tbh, there’s everything) and you can always go back and go through it again. The lessons are updated every once in a while so you can be sure that you will always be up to date with the latest “trends” in VA business. Job opportunities are also available and shared with everyone, so that’s a plus as well.
